Account Issues

We reserve the right to declare any bet or transaction invalid in part or in full if we, at our discretion, deem it obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:

The account holder or persons associated with the account holder can directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event;
The Account holder and/or persons associated with the Account holder directly or indirectly evade compliance with the Website's rules;
The event outcome or bet has been directly or indirectly influenced by criminal activity;
The event odds have been significantly altered due to a public announcement about the event;
Bets were placed that otherwise would not have been accepted but were accepted during periods when the Website was affected by technical issues;

When we close or suspend an Account for any reason, we reserve the right to close any future Accounts that may be registered by the same person, device, address, or that may use the same payment wallets or credit cards, and void/cancel all bets and transactions on those Accounts.

We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional safeguard against unauthorized use of your Account. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and ensuring no one else can access it.

By registering an Account on the Website, you undertake, declare, and warrant that:

Multi-Accounts
You may only register (sign up) for and use one Account on the Website.

If you register or attempt to register more than one Account for any reason, we may block or close one or all of your Accounts at our discretion. We may also void all bets placed on duplicate accounts, block bonuses and gifts, and cancel withdrawal requests. Payouts

Winnings become available in your account when the outcome of the Game you participated in becomes certain or, if applicable, after www.ocean-waves.org has confirmed the relevant event outcome and settled the markets.
If www.ocean-waves.org mistakenly credits your Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical or human error or other reasons, the amount will remain the property of www.ocean-waves.org and will be deducted from your Account. If you withdraw funds that do not belong to you before www.ocean-waves.org becomes aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute your debt to www.ocean-waves.org, without prejudice to other remedies and actions available by law. In case of an erroneous credit, you are obliged to notify www.ocean-waves.org immediately.
www.ocean-waves.org will conduct additional verification and identification procedures for any withdrawal or reserves the right to conduct such verification procedures at any withdrawal level. All transactions will be checked for money laundering prevention.

Deposit
To be able to place bets and play for real money, you need to deposit money into your account. You can make a deposit at any time online using a debit or credit card, e-wallet, via bank transfer, or through all available deposit methods. All available deposit methods can be found on the "Deposit" page of the Website. Cash or checks are not accepted for deposit. Please note that some methods may not be available in some countries.

By making a deposit, you confirm that all deposits are authorized, and you will not attempt to decline them or take any action that would lead to the cancellation of such payment by a third party to avoid any legal liability.

For money laundering prevention purposes, a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Please note that if wagering requirements exist, they must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is requested.

Withdrawals

You must provide your KYC documents, photos of the credit card (both sides, front and back. The card number must have the first 6 and last 4 digits clearly readable, while the remaining card number digits and the CVV/CVC code must not be visible), and a bank statement, copy of ID, proof of address, proof of ownership of any other payment method used when applying for withdrawal for the first time. A withdrawal request will not be processed until all wagering requirements are met.

You may withdraw a maximum amount of €10,000 (or the equivalent in your account currency) within any 24-hour period and a maximum amount of €50,000 (or the equivalent in your account currency) within 30 days, unless a larger amount has been agreed upon.
Before deciding on a withdrawal, we may ask you to provide identification, such as certified copies of passports, IDs, or other similar documentation we deem necessary under the circumstances. All progressive jackpot winnings will be paid in full.
The maximum daily winning amount for one Customer may not exceed €100,000 or the equivalent in your account currency. "Day" means the time between 00:00 GMT and 23:59 GMT.

Account Closure
You may close your Account at any time and request a withdrawal from the Account subject to deduction of applicable withdrawal fees. To close your Account, you must first cancel any open bets, if applicable, and contact the Website's customer support. The actual closure of the Account will correspond to the termination by www.ocean-waves.org. If the reason for closing the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction, you must inform www.ocean-waves.org.

The method of repayment will be at our discretion.

www.ocean-waves.org reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request in case of fraud, in which case the account will be suspended, and the payment will not be processed.

Criminal Activity

Fraudulent Activity

In case of a casino system failure, all bets are void.

Bonuses and Bonus Money

Bonus Rules

A bonus is credited to a bonus balance.

Wagering Requirements

- The user combines related bets;
- The user actively participates in the event, e.g., as a Player, Referee, Manager, or has direct or indirect relationships with the event participants;
- A technical error occurred on the site offering incorrect odds or events;
- Any other valid reason, duly communicated to the user upon request.

www.ocean-waves.org reserves the right to cancel all bets in case of radical changes in the circumstances of the event, such as the duration of playing time, racing distance, or number of periods, etc.
Winnings will be credited to the user's Account after confirmation of the final result.
The market outcome is settled after it is determined. www.ocean-waves.org reserves the right to settle the outcomes of a game if the market was not determined earlier in the game. This rule applies within the regular duration of the match being concluded and in case no conditions are specified in the market description on the Website. For example:
- Example 1: The match winner 1X2 market of an event is settled after the end of the regular duration (full time) of the event. The match winner 1x2 is determined after 90 minutes, including all extra minutes allocated by the match referee, as "normal duration." When a game goes to overtime (full time cannot determine the winner), on all markets it is stated that this is payable "including overtime" after the game ends. If there are any penalties (or other deciders), they are not counted unless otherwise stated on the market.
- If the start of a game is delayed for any reason, the event may be left open, and all bets may remain open for 48 hours from the official start time. However, www.ocean-waves.org reserves the right to void such bets at its discretion and return users' bets. All bets may remain open and settled based on the game results at the discretion of www.ocean-waves.org when the organizer continues a canceled event within 48 hours of its start. In case a canceled event is not continued at the organizer's discretion within 48 hours of its start, www.ocean-waves.org will settle all determined markets that were completed on the field. Furthermore, www.ocean-waves.org will void others and return bets to players.
There are exceptions to the general rule:
- The 48-hour rule is not upheld in tennis games. All bets stand until the referee or official determines the winner. However, there are cases where a player retires. In this situation, all markets that are determined on the court are settled accordingly, and all others are declared void, and bets are returned to players. If there is any doubt about a player retiring before the last point is concluded, the match winner market is voided. However, all markets that relate to specific sets or games that are determined are settled accordingly.
- Baseball matches. The 48-hour rule is upheld. When two teams play 2 games in a row, they are considered Game 1 and Game 2 and will be settled as played in chronological order, with all bets valid. To avoid misunderstanding, if Team A plays Team B twice, the result of Game 1 will count for bets offered on Game 1 as originally scheduled, and the result of Game 2 will count for bets offered on Game 2 as originally scheduled. The 48-hour rule applies. (For example, if a football match is interrupted in the second half, first-half markets will be settled normally). (e.g., in the above example, second-half markets not decided) will be voided, and bets will be returned to customers.

Explanation of Specific Bet Types

First/Last Goalscorer: If at the time of match interruption there is at least one Goalscorer, all bets placed on the First Goalscorer will stand, and on the Last will be canceled. A player will be determined as the winner according to the "Goalscorer" market at any time, and bets on other players are voided.
Head to Head Bets: These bets mean a prediction of finishing in a higher position, scoring more points, or results between two players. Head to Head bets will stand if both players show the best results in the event. If two players get the same result or draw, all bets are voided.
Outright Bets: These bets mean a prediction of finishing in a higher position, scoring more points, or results among players (3+). Outright bets will stand if all participants are actively taking part in the event. If there are participants who do not take part in the event, all odds that were taken on other participants will be changed and settled with reduced odds. The reduction includes the same margin that applied to the absent participants. If two or more participants choose the same result (tie), the applicable odds will be the accepted odds divided by the number of participants in the tie (e.g., with equal odds of 2.70 and three participants in a tie, the final odds will be: 2.70 / 3 = 0.90), unless the official selects only one winner with an additional statistical criterion (e.g., goal assists).
Booking Markets: These are yellow and red cards. A yellow counts as one card, a red as two. If a player receives two yellow cards in succession, which change to a red card, this counts as three cards. Generally, a player cannot receive more than three cards. Settlement will be based on all available card data that appears during the normal playing time of the event. Cards shown after the final whistle are not considered. Cards of a player who did not take part in the game (players already substituted, coaches, bench players who did not take part in the game) will not be considered.
Booking Points Markets: Generally, a player cannot score more than 35 points during a game. A yellow card gives 10 points, a red gives 25 points, and a second yellow-to-red gives 25. A second yellow card for a player that leads to a red card is not counted separately.
Corners: Corners are counted for the relevant market settlement only if they were taken. If a corner is awarded but not taken, it will not be counted.
Intervals: The period from 00:01 to the end of the minute indicated as the end minute is specified as the first interval. To eliminate doubt, the 1-15 min interval is considered the period from 00:01 to 15:00, and the 30-45 min interval is considered the period from 30:01 to the end of the First Half respectively. The 75-90 min interval is considered the period from 75:01 to the end of Full Time. The referee, at his indication, counted the last time interval from the indicated minute to the end of the period.

Bets on order and from bookmakers and betting agents are not allowed. Live scoreboard data added on www.ocean-waves.org is for informational purposes and is not a basis for settlement. All persons must ensure that the scoreboard data is correct before placing their bets.
